Russian Aircraft since 1940

£19.99

Product description

This book gives a complete picture of Soviet Aviation between 1940 and 1975. It describes in great detail all known powered aircraft and sailplanes designed and produced during that period. All the familiar war-time aircraft are dealt with, as well as the post-war jet-propelled types. There is also full information on Soviet helicopters including the very large Mil' types, and comprehensive coverage of the wide variety of small powered aeroplanes and gliders designed and built by the various institutes and societies. Generously illustrated with b/w photographs of each aircraft, line drawings and tables. Bound in light blue with gilt titles, the book is in fine condition except for a slight bump to the lower rear edge; the jacket has some light indentation marks on the glossy surface and slight edge creasing, mainly along the upper edge. Inside pages are clean and bright.
