A beautiful hardcover book in a satin yellow padded box with yellow ribbon. The figures from history start with Emperor Qin Shi Huang in 259BC to Mao Ze Dong in 1976. Each page is a printed board with a coin from each of the 8 dynasties on the facing page . Included is a certificate of authentication from the Technical Appraisment Committee of Xi-an Numismatics Society, stating that each coin is genuine. Text is in English and Chinese. The book is from the private collection of Professor Thomas Stapleton who did much work with the Chinese in a paediatric capacity.

There are a few minor scuffs to the presentation box but the book and mounted coins themselves are pristine
