After a section of Acknowledgements and a List of sources there is a List of photographs. The fascinating and informative text is followed by 45 lovely photographic plates, mostly in colour.
A scarce copy of a limited print run book, a very useful source of reference.
In very good, near fine condition. The dust jacket is moderately scuffed along the edges but remains glossy and colourful. The book, bound in black with gilt lettering is tight and sound.
A beautifully presented and well-researched volume.
