"Having My Picture Taken" was a classic cut, from the Irish new-wave / punk band's 1979 album, "The Fine Art of Surfacing", and so it seemed a neat idea, to entitle this 1980 book, "Having Their Picture Taken".
This 1980 book is a compendium of the group's antics, on- and off-stage, during their 1979 tours, with special focus on both the US and UK sections, with all photos taken by Peter Stone, and all in black-and-white. It neatly encapsulates the fashions, and devil-may-care attitudes, of the late seventies era.
There is absolutely no foxing, on any of the ninety-five pages. Very slight dog-earring on the front and back, inevitable really, given the book's three-and-a-half-decade age. No rips whatsoever. Some of the pages are slightly loose, but none are missing.
