He provides a detailed review of Albinoni's works according to chronology and genre and includes a discussion of some recently discovered works. Alongside this review is a penetrating analysis of Albinoni's musical style in general, resulting from many years of familiarity with the music.;While the main emphasis is on the discussion of his music Michael Talbot also presents new information about Albinoni's unusual life and much interesting detail on his Venetian background, showing how this very distinctive social and cultural environment left its mark on the composer. Come and browse our extensive selection of books, music, DVDs, computer games and cards. In our shop you can discover a great range of material from the latest modern fiction to classic literature and vintage LPs. We are always happy to receive your donations of books or music, and you can choose to Gift Aid them to Oxfam. We might also be able to collect particularly large donations - just ask. We are always interested in hearing from people who wish to volunteer with us. Just pop in to collect an application form.

Could you help us by collecting donations from donors homes? Our shop receives many offers of generous donations that we have to turn down as we do not have volunteers able to collect. We would ask you to collect in your own car, at your convenience and reimburse your petrol costs. It might be a couple of times a month and would make a really big difference to our ability to make money.
