John Keat's Dream of Truth by John Jones

£17.99

Product description

'John Keat's Dream of Truth' is divided into five main sections: 'The Feel I have', 'The Abstract Idea', 'Snailborn Perception', 'Heavens of Intenseness', 'The Labyrinthian Path', and concludes with a postscript on 'Romantic Feeling'. (It also includes an index of persons and of Keat's poems). This book closely examines the body of Keat's work with skill and firmness interpretation.

This hardback book is suitably worn for a book that was previously part of Derbyshire County Library. The dust jacket has some small tears at the top and tail end of the spine covering, is sunned at the top and bottom and has been torn on the folded over section (shown in photographs). Apart from this, it has been very well kept and has protected the book well. The actual book is very clean along the cover save for a small brown mark at the tail. The turquoise cover has gilded lettering across the spine. The most inner pages have stamps and stickers from Derbyshire Library, however these do not affect readability. The rest of the pages are clean and only slightly sunned. The spine is intact and tight.
