This hardcover book is in good condition overall. It has a gilded title on the spine, and it currently has a laminate cover acting as a dust jacket. The cover is in very good condition overall, with its only real issue being some minor wear on the corners. Inside, the pages are in good condition, and don't appear to be discoloured, and ensures the book is still very nice to look at and easy to read. However, the edges of the pages do appear to have frayed. The most severe example of this would be on page 63, where it appears that around the edge, a millimetre of the page has been removed, which sadly leaves a rough edge. It is less severe on other pages, and is most noticeable to see and to touch when the book is closed. This book was first published in 1918, this edition however was published in 1991, and follows a version published in 1969.
