This The Brooke House Savoy Edition book is undated and comes in a black leather cover which is in good condition but slightly bows from the book at the front. The front and spine have gilt lettering. Inside of the covers are black with gilt motifs and the front is split and has had some form of sticker removed leaving a white area (see photo). On the first blank page is in inked inscription dated 1908. All page ends are gilt. The book is edited and introduced by Rev. W J Loftie. The actual text is all very clear and legible with no annotations
