Good condition for a second-hand book: light edge-wear to dust-jacket, mainly to top edge, with 1.8cm closed tear and creasing to rear bottom edge and 3cm closed tear to rear top edge, light rubbing to jacket front, light soiling to jacket rear; light bowing to front cover, light bumping to spine top end; very light foxing to page edges, endpapers and title pages with light soiling to top edge of pages and covers, occasional foxing internally, otherwise internally fine given age of book.

Here at the B.D.C. we source goods for stores in the Dorset, Wiltshire and Avon area, by house collections and clearances, corporate and personal donations as well as emptying numerous textile and book banks in the area. We have been awarded the "Best National Oxfam On-Line Store" for 2009/10. All of our items have been listed by volunteers who have done a fantastic job, and we are always looking for new volunteers to help us with our on-line operation. We are not open to the public.
