The Audi Quattro book Buying Repairing and Tuning

£49.99

Product description

1998. The Audi Quattro is possibly the ultimate practical supercar. It offers breathtaking performance from its 200+ bhp turbocharged engine, along with unparralled grip and security of four-wheel drive. The fact that it was always hand built on a separate production line makes it unique among affordable performance cars. Its mystique has been considerably enhanced by the profound effect it has had on the World Rally Championship. Production of the Quattro as a road car ceased in 1991, but the four-wheel drive principle has been carried across Audi's whole range. This book includes the history, development and competition heritage as well as information on buying, running, owning and tuning a Quattro. It covers how the car was first conceived in 1977 and the effect it had when first displayed at the Geneva Motor Show in 1980, and includes details of where and when it rallied, with results lists and drivers' details. It addition, it has a full description of road cars with specifications, production numbers, and what changed when.
Slight yellowing of the page margins, but a very nice copy.

Oxfam Books & Music Olney

Welcome to Oxfam Books And Music Olney, situated just off the market square in Stanley Court opposite the Co-Op. Come and browse our extensive selection of books, music, DVDs, computer games and cards. In our shop you can discover a great range of material from the latest modern fiction to classic literature and vintage LPs. We are always happy to receive your donations of books or music, and you can choose to Gift Aid them to Oxfam. We might also be able to collect particularly large donations - just ask. We are always interested in hearing from people who wish to volunteer with us. Just pop in to collect an application form.

Could you help us by collecting donations from donors homes? Our shop receives many offers of generous donations that we have to turn down as we do not have volunteers able to collect. We would ask you to collect in your own car, at your convenience and reimburse your petrol costs. It might be a couple of times a month and would make a really big difference to our ability to make money.
