The Encyclopedia Of Religion (16 Vols.)

£195.00

Product description

Comprehensive 16 volume set published by Macmillan in 1987, this set is a first edition.

Maroon cloth covered boards with title in gold on the front in silver decoration; similar style on spine but with more information.

This was a private set, not ex-library. Although the boards show some light wear and the occasional mark, internally the books are in remarkably good condition, showing little evidence of having ever been opened. Vol. 10, the top corners are bumped and Vol. has a chip at the top front edge. All volumes have dusty page edges. The rear board of Vol. 16 is grubby where it appears to have had more exposure.

This collection is extremely large and heavy, over 28 kg, hence the high delivery charge, however, if you would like to save the cost of delivery by collecting them from the shop at Hythe, near Southampton, then please contact us direct on 023 8084 9501 and ask for Dave or Brian.
