Elements of Practical Agriculture by David Low

£14.99

Product description

Elements of Practical Agriculture is a comprehensive guide to agriculture with chapters covering Soils, Manure, Implements of the Farm through to The Rearing and Feeding of Animals and the General Economy of the Farm. The book features small illustrations throughout depicting different sowing patterns and machinery.

This hardback book has a brown, embossed cover with gilded lettering across the spine. The book is in good condition for its age. The cover is relatively clean, save for some small patches of foxing across the back. The spine has a small rip in the middle however this does not affect the binding. Some pages have become loose, however all pages appear to be present. The pages have faded and wrinkled slightly at the edges however, they are otherwise in perfect condition for reading.

This book would be perfect for someone entering the agricultural world, wishing to learn from a notable author and agriculturalist.
