Immunology of Nervous System Infections

£19.99

Product description

Volume 59 in the Progress in Brain Research series, Immunology of Nervous System Infections comprises the proceedings of the Noble Bodman Symposium on Immunological Aspects of Acute and Chronic Nervous Disorders that took place in London on 12th-13th November 1981.

This work brings together a variety of specialists from neurology, immunology, virology and the veterinary sciences to discuss the relationship between infection and immunology in the nervous system.

In terms of condition, the book is very good. Its original dustjacket is still in tact albeit it has significant tears and scuffs to it as well as discolouring to its original bright blue colouring. The actual blue cloth cover of the book is fine.

Internally, all pages are pristine too with no writing or highlighting on them. The inside cover does have a stamp and a print saying it comes from the library of T.S. Hill.

This book will appeal to clinicians and laboratory workers who wish to know more of this rapidly developing area, and will be of use to both established investigators and newcomers to the field.
