Shell Flow Meter Engineering Handbook

£49.99

Product description

A manual produced by the Royal Dutch/Shell Group in 1968, compiling all the data required for the application of Differential Pressure flow meters with a large variety of measuring elements. Special attention has been paid to a uniform, accurate and simple calculation method for the various measuring devices. Bound in red with gilt lettering and logo; the boards have some minor edge bumping and the text block edges have light foxing. A compliments slip from Kent Instruments is attached to the front end paper, and on the front free end paper a former owner has written "R A Kipling (own property)". The half-title page has a tear, approx. 1.4 cm, on the front edge, plus slight creasing. In a pocket at the back of the book are four copies of graphs which appear in the book. These have a special surface on which drawings can be made and erased. A heavy book which requires courier delivery.
