The Lost Planet is a 1953 juvenile science fiction novel by Angus MacVicar. It is the first of the popular novel series The Lost Planet, which was adapted for radio and television.

There are six novels in the main series: The Lost Planet (1953), Return to the Lost Planet (1954), Secret of the Lost Planet (1955), Red Fire on the Lost Planet (1959), Peril on the Lost Planet (1960) and Space Agent from the Lost Planet.

Some fading to the orange boards, which also have a small mark, generally unrubbed, but one of the corners bends in slightly. End papers have foxing, however the rest of the pages are clean. Binding sound. Good to very good condition.

Please note a facsimile dust jacket in a plastic sleeve is included.
