Warhammer: High Elves

£8.99

Product description

The High Elves are exceptionally skilled warriors, graced with phenomenal precision and dexterity upon the battlefield. Their armies are glittering hosts of steadfast spearmen, deadly archers and proud cavalry. But with all their power, they could not prevent their island home of Ulthuan being devasted by natural disaster, or the bitter betrayal that left their civilisation grievously weakened. The Children of Ulthuan are now a race in their twilight, battling against extinction. Warhammer Armies: High Elves is one of a series of supplements for Warhammer. Each book describes in detail an army, its history and its heroes. Inside you will find: 1) The Realm of Ulthuan - A detailed guide describing the great kingdoms that form the island continent of Ulthuan. 2) The Chronicles of the Phoenix Kings - From Aenarion and the wars against the Daemons, to the calamitous events of the Sundering, all of the key events in the High Elf history are discussed. 3) The Forces of Ulthuan - Complete descriptions and rules for the proud warriors of Ulthuan, including the disciplined Spearmen and Archers, embittered Shadow Warriors and the swift, deadly Tiranoc chariots. This section also details heroes of legend such as Prince Tyrion the Defender of Ulthuan, Teclis the High Loremaster and Alith Anar the Shadow King. 4) Collecting a High Elf Army - Showcasing the High Elf miniatures range, as well as providing a guide to colours, runes and banners. 4) High Elf Army List - Instructions on how to build your collect of High Elf Citadel Miniatures into a Warhammer army. This book is in very good condition apart from very minor creasing to the top and bottom corners of the front cover and the edges of the spine.
