Leaders and Leadership in Japan / edited by Ian Leary

£80.00

Product description

Publication date: 1996. Condition: Very good. The dust jacket has some wear - mainly along the edges, a faded spine, a crease near the bottom of the back and a mark from a price sticker, but otherewise is in very good condition. Internally, the previous owner's name has been stamped and written in pen on the title page, but otherwise the book is in very good condition - clean, tight and unmarked. Content: Shows Japan's group-orientated society may have had fewer so-called 'leaders', but has excelled as a society of king-makers. On the other hand, the way leadership is expressed derives from different values and perceptions of hierarchy.
