Allen hardback with no DJ. This is an ex-library book with some stamps on the end pages and a gilt number on the bottom of the spine cover. The blue cloth board covers are a little grubby with some edge and corner wear, foxing on page edges. A few pages folded slightly towards end of book. The text is complete with no marks and the binding is good. A selection of black and white pictures in the middle of the text. Many line diagrams. Index at end.
