Indian: The Iron Indian

£14.99

Product description

A story about what is perhaps the world's most glorious marque. The Indian motorbikes were so popular in America in the twenties, that nearly everyone knew of the marque. The "Wigwam", as the Indian factory was generally known, continued to put bigger and faster machines onto the market until closure for the Indian name came in 1962. An attractively produced large book with text and photographs printed on glossy art paper. The emphasis is especially on the beautiful colour photographs, in which many small details are captured. The book has a fine appearance with only a few light handling marks, and will appeal to motorbike fans in general as well as the Indian enthusiast. A heavy book requiring courier delivery.
