A hardback 1929 First edition that examines the whole cudos of this "sport" from the diehard and critical points of view.
Tis edition has an illustrated dust-jacket in good condition with wear and small tears to the board edging.
The spine is showing distinctive wear with tears to the right hand edging of approx 10cm. BUT is nevertheless intact. It has also been price clipped
The distinctive boards with fox motif are in excellent condition as well as the spine.
Pages are tight and intact with no discernible sign of wear, but with slight foxing on the early pages
Excellent b/w illustrations by Charles Simpson throughout
There is a small owners inscription dated 1934 to the internal frontispiece

Our role online, as with all Oxfam shops is to raise money in order to overcome poverty and suffering around the world including here in Wales.
