Your Book of Aeromodelling

£12.99

Product description

Published as one of the 'Your Book' series on hobbies and crafts, this book concentrates on building gliding and powered model aircraft. With step by step descriptions, the author goes from a first glider to rubber powered and diesel models and then writes about models from plastic kits. The emphasis is on building and flying planes with a recommendation to join a model aircraft flying club to meet, and gain advice from, other enthusiasts. An ex-library book with a catalogue number label at the base of the spine, and library stamps and markings inside; the borrowing list has been removed leaving marks on the front free end paper. The front join has been reinforced with tape. The photoboard book covers have light general wear marks and indentations; light brown waterstain accross the front right lower corner. Corners and spine ends are bumped and worn with slight fraying; small tears, approx. 7mm, on each side at the top of the spine. Text block edges are browned and lightly stained. Contains numerous b/w plates and line diagram illustrations. The book will be of particular interest to the novice aeromodeller.
