The hinges are in very good condition. The pages are very well cut and tightly bound to the spine. There is no discolouration to the pages nor any other markings or damage. The book contains, on the pages before the title page, a world map showing the author's motorcycle journeys. There are also more detailed maps of the various parts of the world that were visited. The book contains three batches of colour photographs depicting the exploits on the journeys. The book has also been signed by the author, without a dedication, on the title page. The dust jacket is in very good condition with no damage or markings. It depicts colour pictures of the author on his motorcycle on both front and rear covers.
