How does the e-card option work?

How does the e-card option work?
If you want to send an instant gift, then you can select to send an e-card when you buy your gift. You will be able to choose from fourteen card designs, or an image of your gift, and add a personal message in the same way as you can on the real card.
You could decide to send an e-card only, but if you also want a card and magnet for your recipient, you should select the ‘e-card and gift card’ option. This will be despatched within three working days of placing the order.
Can I buy one gift for several people and send all of them an e-card?
Unfortunately not. Our e-card scheme has been designed to send one e-card per gift. This is sent in addition to the gift card and magnet and gives direct access to the ‘My Gift’ site with more information about how the gift has been used. It was also introduced for last-minute present buyers so that their recipient received something in time for the occasion for which it was intended. Currently, we're not able to offer the option of sending the e-card to more than one email address.
Can I buy several gifts and send one e-card for all of them?

Can I send an e-card with items from your other ranges?
E-cards and gift cards are only available with the Oxfam Unwrapped range, and not with our Second-hand Store and Ethical Collection ranges.
Will the recipient require special software to read the e-card?
The e-cards use Flash 8 which is available to download for free here.
There is a problem with my e-card, what should I do?
We're sorry that you have had a problem with your e-card. To enable us to help, please go to our contact us form, and copy and paste the e-card email into the message box, together with an explanation of the problem you are having. We will look into this for you and get back to you as soon as possible. Hopefully, in the meantime, if you decided to receive an e-card and card, your gift card and magnet will have arrived.
