What are the benefits of creating an account?
You can view your purchase history, order status, maintain an
address book (useful if you send gifts to different addresses),
save your basket and come back to it later, and you can even set
up a wish list or a wedding list!
What’s the limit on the number of addresses I can have in my address
book?
You can currently enter 20 addresses in your address book. You
can however send as many items as you like to these addresses.
We may be able to increase this limit in the future, but for technical
reasons 20 addresses is our current limit.
Where has my order history gone?
We have recently launched Oxfam’s online shop. This now includes
Donated goods and a Fair Trade specialist department, in addition to Oxfam
Unwrapped Gifts. The new site now has improved functionality, particularly
with the ordering process and setting up of Wish lists and Wedding lists. We’re
sorry if you didn’t receive an email from us to explain this. Unfortunately,
we weren’t able to transfer the order history from the old Oxfam
Unwrapped site. However, when you place your next order, you will be able
to see much more detail in your order history than you used to be able
to. We really hope this won’t cause you too much inconvenience.
