About this item
This great green cookbook provides readers with inspired and unconventional techniques to minimize use of energy and resources. Not only does the book offer a delightful collection of sweet and savoury recipes, the eco author shows readers how to use your usual kitchen utensils to minimise water usage and lower your energy use (light on the pocket too!) and eliminate unnecessary cleaning products in favour of microfibre cloths, hot water and white vinegar.
Richard Ehrlich writes 'The Green Kitchen' column for The Times and was a food columnist for the Guardian. His work at the Independent on Sunday won him two Glenfiddich Awards and he has made numerous appearances on radio and TV, including Radio 4's Food Programme. He writes for The Financial Times, and for Time Out, where he is also a contributor to the Time Out Eating and Drinking Guide. Richard has also written a number of cookbooks. Softback book with 208 pages, 15 x 20 x 20cm.
