Bon appetit! Kids Kitchen is a fun-filled selection of great recipes and filled with interesting foody knowledge and know-how that teaches children to cook and prepare tasty and nutritious meals for their friends and family. The 40 recipes are printed on laminated recipe cards and colour-coded to reflect government guidelines on healthy eating (the food pyramid). The recipes and tips encourage a balanced intake of Grains, Fruits, Vegetables, Oils, Milk, Meat and Beans. The 5 colors correspond to the 5 food categories. Tips on how to combine the recipes are also provided. Includes 50 cards in box with leaflet. Suitable for ages 8 and up. Card box dimensions: 17 x 22 x 4 cm.
