Noah's Ark believe that Fair Trading is more than trading…..it is the trust and building relationships and that is the reason that most of our artisans & workers have been associated with us since years.
Founded from a desire to improve the welfare of the artisans through trade to provide workers their own houses and reasonable living conditions and to aid artisans to find a steady supply of work. Noah's Ark pay good wages, do regular monitoring of production, run a small evening school in a village called Milak Bujpur (16 Km from Moradabad) for about 49 children, who do not have access to a school, provide life insurance, PPF, health coverage & bonus to staff.
