The ginger beer brewing kit is a delightfully fun and non-alcoholic gift set for all the family. This little box contains the main ingredients and comprehensive instructions to make real home made Ginger Beer by creating the famous ginger beer plant. Just add in two lemons and 1kg of sugar per batch and all you need is a large pan, mixing bowl and jam jar from the kitchen and you can produce around 8 litres of perfect ginger beer. And then the next round is on you as you split the plant and share it with your friends. Keep feeding it with sugar and this 'ginger beer plant' will go on and on, share it with friends and family for a great festive talking point! Ingredients: Ground Ginger 150g, Dried Yeast 2g.
