All the ingredients that can be Fairtrade are Fairtrade. Dark chocolate contains Cocoa solids 53% minimum.Milk chocolate contains Cocoa solids 36% minimum and Milk solids 22% minimum. White Chocolate contains cocoa butter 30% minimum and milk solids 24% minimum. Gluten free and suitable for Vegetarians. Allergy Advice: Contains nuts, milk sulphur dioxise, soya.
