A great barbeque can be a landmark event in summer, so why not make yours a memorable occasion with recipes and techniques taught by Michelin star chef Thierry Laborde. During this 3 hour, hands-on cookery class you will learn to cook a selection of dishes guaranteed to amaze, including spatchcock chicken, Asian king prawns in lime with mild chilli and ginger, and barbequed marinated pineapple. Your guests will never be bored by the same old barbeque foods again!

Agenda
Upon arrival at the cookery school, you'll be welcomed by Michelin Star awarded chef Thierry Laborde and his team. You will be shown to your preparation station, where you will find all the premium ingredients and equipment required for the class. The cooking groups are relatively small, so there is plenty of time to ask questions throughout this hands-on lesson. During your class you will learn how to make a selection of dishes, such as;
- Spatchcock chicken in an Italian marinade with the flavours of fresh basil, thyme and fruity olive oil
- Homemade beef burgers with herbs and sweet tomato and onion relish
- Asian king prawns in lime, mild chilli and ginger
- Barbequed sweet and juicy pineapple marinated in chilli and sugar

At the end of your 3 hour cooking class you will sit down to enjoy the food that you've created with your fellow classmates. You will also be provided with course materials so that you can recreate the recipes at home.

Your voucher is valid until 30th September 2010. The voucher is valid for one person. Pre-booking is essential. Classes are held Monday-Friday. All dates are subject to availability. Minimum age 16 years. The class is run by Thierry Laborde, however if he is unavailable a suitable replacement will lead the course. Refreshments are available throughout the class. Dishes made may vary; dishes shown are examples only. The class will last approximately 3 hours. This course is suitable for people with all levels of cooking ability. Please note this voucher cannot be extended.
