This beautiful handmade stool is produced by the collaboration of Fair Trade groups in Jaipur India. Small fairly paid producer groups of women hand stitch intricate beaded and embroidered recycled sari's, saved from landfill, into brightly coloured cushions.
These are then combined with the work of a small wood producer group, traditionally of male workers producing hand turned legs and the sturdy wooden bases.
