Why do you ask me to make a voluntary delivery contribution on Oxfam Unwrapped items?
We suggest a voluntary delivery contribution to help Oxfam cover some of our postage costs, so that more of the money from your purchase can be spend directly on our work fighting poverty.
You can pay the suggested amount (normally £1.70), increase or decrease your contribution, or pay nothing at all - it's entirely up to you.

Can you deliver my order overseas?
All Oxfam Unwrapped items (excluding gift sets and little extras) can be sent overseas, but please be aware that free delivery does not apply. There may be an Oxfam Unwrapped in the country you wish to send your gift to - in which case it will be quicker and cheaper for you to order from their site. You'll find links to their sites on the Oxfam International Unwrapped page.
Second-hand items can also be sent overseas, unless otherwise indicated on the product page. A mandatory delivery cost will be added to your order at the checkout.

When will my order arrive?
You should receive all your purchases within seven working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) of placing your order.
Please note that if you have ordered more than one item, they may not all arrive together. This is because Oxfam Unwrappedand second-hand items are all dispatched from different places.
We aim to despatch all goods - whether by Royal Mail or by courier - within three working days of receiving the order. Please do contact us if you have any problems.

Can I delay my order so a gift arrives at the right time?
We don't currently offer the facility to delay the despatch of orders. However, if you are purchasing Oxfam Unwrapped gifts, you have the option of choosing from a selection of opening instructions on the customisation page (for example: Don't open until your birthday) and we'll print this on the envelope. Another option is to have gifts sent to your home address so you can forward them on just in time for the special occasion.
