FAQs: Ethical Collection (New Product range)

  • You used to have an Ethical Collection (New Products range) - where is it?

    We have temporarily paused selling our Ethical Collection (New Products range) online while we review our online customer proposition. We intend to carry a range of seasonal items for Christmas 2013, and return with a full range in 2014. In the meantime, you can still buy from our Oxfam Unwrapped and Donated ranges online, or pop into an Oxfam shop to find New Products all year round.

  • Can I return an Ethical Collection item that I purchased online?

    You will be able to obtain a full monetary refund on your Ethical Collection products if you return them within the full 21 days since your purchase (the last purchase date was 16 January 2013). We will no longer be able to offer replacement goods. Please return your item, using the following Freepost address:  Oxfam Ethical Collection, PO Box 5050, Freepost - MID23348, Annesley, Nottinghamshire, NG15 0DJ. Please do not return items to shops as they will not be able to process a refund or provide a replacement product for an item purchased online.

  • Where can I buy Oxfam's New Products?

    New Products will continue to be sold by high street shops, so it is worth dropping into your local Oxfam branch to see what they stock. You can find a list of your local shops online using the shop finder. New Products will no longer be available to purchase over the phone.

  • Will New Products be available online in the future?

    Yes! New Products (known as the Ethical Collection online) will return online for Christmas 2013 with a wider range available in Autumn 2014.
