Do you accept returns?
We offer a limited-period 'no quibble' returns policy, so you can buy safe in the knowledge that you can return your goods for a refund, should you wish to do so.
The period within which you can return your items is as follows:
- Wedding dresses: 14 days
- Overseas returns: 31 days
- Everything else: 21 days
Please note that this does not apply to Oxfam Unwrapped gifts. Because these count as a donation rather than a purchase, under Charity Commission rules we are unable to offer you a refund.

My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
You should receive all your purchases within seven working days of placing your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
If you have not received your order and it is after the expected date of arrival (allowing a couple of days for postal delays) then please contact us so we can look into this for you and, if appropriate, send a replacement. We can change the delivery address of any replacements if required.
If you have ordered goods for delivery outside of the UK, please allow additional time for your purchases to be delivered. Overseas deliveries are all sent via Royal Mail Airmail and should arrive at European destinations within three working days after despatch, and worldwide within five.

If it was a gift for a friend or family member, please pass on our sincere apologies to them. If you would like to discuss this with a member of the team, please contact

I've changed my mind about an Oxfam Unwrapped gift
Because an Oxfam Unwrapped gift counts as a donation rather than a purchase, our no quibble returns policy does not apply and under Charity Commission rules we are unable to give you a refund. However, we can offer you with a replacement Oxfam Unwrapped gift of the same or very similar value. If you would like to do this, please contact us.
However, our returns policy does cover actual products such as the Little Extras and the 'product' part of the Gift Sets, for example on our 'Goat plus Goat cufflinks' gifts set we can only refund the 'Goat cufflinks'. We can give you a refund for goods which are returned in a re-saleable condition within 21 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Sorry, but we are unable to give a refund for returned items received outside the 21-day period, unless you have agreed this with Oxfam beforehand. Goods received outside this period will be returned to the customer.
