As these are hand painted, the flowers are all charmingly unique and each piece is individual. Colors are pink, green, yellow, purple and red.
Beginning in 1881, the Carl Schumann factory in Arzburg, Germany, produced highly colorful porcelain with an unmistakable Dresden nuance. It appears that these items are made by two different makers, as marks on the bottoms of pieces vary. All are stamped with the Dresden lamb symbol and a red hand painted mark that looks like Ju C. 263. Some pieces also have a gilt rose deliberately hand painted over the Rosenthal, Selb Bavaria with X and crown stamp or the Schumann Bavaria standing lion under crown stamp. Some are hand painted in red with Ru C 643/4.
