Aiwa Super Bass Auto-Reverse Portable Cassette Player (HS-G53) Aiwa

£39.99

Product description

Aiwa Super Bass Portable Cassette Player (HS-G53).

Made circa 1987 and in excellent condition. Complete with original Aiwa HP-M16 stereo headphones. Also includes the original manual and service facility list. Comes in the original box, although the outside of it is slightly worn.

The stereo has auto-reverse, chrome/fe tape selector, 3-band equaliser (Treble, Bass, Super Bass) and the ability to plug into an A/C power adaptor.

Other electronics companies were looking to de-throne the Sony Walkman in the late 80's. The HS-G53 was amongst the products Aiwa put together to try to achieve this.

A great portable player that would suit a collector of 1980's electronics equipment or somebody who owned something very similar decades ago. There are plenty of people with cassettes still in their collection, so this would make an excellent way to listen to your favourite music on the go!

MP3 players? Mobiles? They have nothing on this stereo with it's cool retro lines and headphones!
