Vintage Sanderson 1960's Marta Lena Bjerhagen Design "Pampeja"

£29.99 Out Of Stock

Product description

Vintage Sanderson 1960's Marta Lena Bjerhagen Design Pampeja.

This week the collection is titled ‘The garden of Earthly delights,’ featuring Arts and craft inspired floral abstracts, showing influences from medieval textiles and Indian rugs and how these ideas have been used throughout the end of the 20th century.

Designed in the 1960's by Marta Lena Bjerhagen the wonderfully vibrant single curtain retailed by Sandersons measures approximately 64" wide and has a drop off 66".

The designer Marta Lena Bjerhagen worked in Sweden and perhaps you can see her influence in some of the fabrics sold by a Ikea.

The fabric is not without damage and fading as shown in the photographs, but as such a stunning piece of textile design I am sure it can offer enough fabric to work around the damage and let you create something really outstanding.

Recently I have seen fabrics being placed in a picture frame to add accents to interiors, but equally good for cushions or other craft projects.

The curtain has been professionally lined and the hem weighted, but unfortunately the lining fabric has been ripped.
