The entire first series of the ITV detective drama Rosemary & Thyme (2003-07). 'And No Birds Sing' finds Rosemary (Felicity Kendal) and Laura (Pam Ferris) investigating a fatal car accident, poisonous plants and a strangely familiar housekeeper, while in 'Arabica and the Early Spider' they find the bones of a race horse and a young woman while creating a garden at a popstar's house. Restoring a water garden turns out be a far more dangerous job than they anticipated in 'The Language of Flowers' and in 'Sweet Angelica' they are called in to investigate the disappearance of a Polish student and the murder of the school handyman. In 'A Simple Plot' the green-fingered detectives get involved in a fight against developers and, finally, 'The Tree of Death' finds Laura beginning to feel strangely edgy because of an ancient yew tree. Discs and case in good condition.
