Friendliness Stackridge - MKPS 2025 (MAPS 6263)

£19.99

Product description

Friendliness is the second album by the British folk rock group Stackridge, issued in 1972. The album was co-produced by Stackridge and Victor Gamm at Sound Techniques, London. The band got together in 1969 under the name Stackridge Lemon, but changed their name to Stackridge in late 1970 and built up a fanatical following during the next three years. The stereo record is in very good condition with only a small mark on track 3 on side 1 and some very faint line marks on side 2. Matrix numbers are :- Side 1: 7-LNMG-265-1L; Side 2: 7-LNMG-266-2L. The inner poly-sleeve is the original blue stereo type with slight browning around edges where glued. The album sleeve has some short creases down the closed edge and only light handling marks elsewhere. The full album title printed at the top of the back cover is "Have No Fear, I Only Need Your Friendliness". Also on the back are six colour-tinted photographs of the band members, plus all the lyrics. A nice item for both fans and collectors.
