Jailbreak - Thin Lizzy - ACBR 252

£19.99

Product description

Jailbreak, released in 1976, is the sixth studio album by Irish hard rock band Thin Lizzy. It was the band's commercial breakthrough in the US. The tracks include "Jailbreak" and "The Boys Are Back in Town" which were released as singles. This Vertigo label stereo album has a gatefold cover, marked under the catalogue number as "Super De Luxe", with an inside opening which holds the record behind the colour illustration. On the back cover, under colour photographs of the group members, is a short science fiction story about The Jailbreak. The record labels have green and blue futuristic illustrations. Run-out areas are stamped (Side 1): ACB252 A//1 420 03, (Side 2): ACB252 B//1 420 03. The record is clean and bright and has two light cross-track marks on side 2. The poly-lined bag is slightly browned around edges. The album sleeve has light general handling marks and slight rubbing wear around edges and corners but the distinctive cut-out cover design remains striking and in very good condition. An item of interest to both fans and collectors.
