Living in the Past Jethro Tull - CJT1

£19.99 Out Of Stock

Product description

This double album was named after the single released in May 1969 and was issued in an elaborate gate-fold packaging that contains a large colour photo booklet with photographs of the band. The gatefold card cover, which has the catalogue number CJT1 on the spine, has some general wear marks and light scratches; the front has an old label shadow. The two LP's are held in a 20 page booklet listing the song titles and credits and containing numerous photographs of the artists. The booklet has light edge and corner creasing and was bound with three staples which are missing, but all pages are present. The first LP is in a poly-lined bag but the second LP is held in its booklet pocket which is partly torn at the bottom. The records are clean and have only a few cross-track marks. The run-out areas are etched with words and number-stamped as follows: A-Side: Porkie CJT 1 A - 1U; B-Side: Peckie CJT 1 B - 1U; C-Side: Porky CJT 2 A - 1U; D-Side: Pecko CJT 2 B - 1U. An unusual feature of this album is that on the listings and on the label, song 3 on side B is spelled "Witches Promise" instead of the correct "Witch's Promise", and song number 6 on side D is listed with the title "For Later", but is printed on the label as "From Later".

From 'Song for Jeffrey', through 'Teacher' to 'Nursie', there are so many classic Tull tracks to enjoy on this highly considered album, for fans and collectors alike.
