Reader's Digest 40 Years of Top Ten Hits is a six disc set in an extra width jewel case, with a 34-page booklet giving details of each song. The set, dating from 1992, is in very good condition and the discs are excellent. The booklet has some small tears where it has become caught on the case retention studs. Both case and booklet are slightly light-faded.
