By John Everard F.I.B.P.. First edition 1955. Red Cloth boards, with gilt lettering on spine and author's facsimile signature on front cover. No dust jacket. Spine slightly chipped top and bottom. Edges show shelf rub and back cover is scratched. Inscription on front end paper. Commentary written by photographer's wife, Jane Everard. A collection of artistic nude photographs of women from the Philippines, North Africa, India, China, Indonesia, Japan etc. Work describes camera and film processing details for the tropics as experienced by the photographer with some commentary on the difficulties in finding suitable models. Oxfam does not endorse the sentiments and opinions herein. Book comprised of 48 large, black and white photo plates. Front and rear end papers show tanning, as does title page and half title page.
