'The War for the Black Hills 1869-1876' features the struggle for the Black Hills of Dakota - one of the richest repositeries of mineral wealth on Earth and the most sacred place on the American continent to the Native Americans. 'Custer and Crazy Horse 1876-1889' shows how Crazy Horse and his 7,000 warriors defiantly faced Custer and his 3 armies. Whilst 'Ghost Dance 1889-1893' closes the series and investigates the US Government's attempts to supress the rise of the Native American Ghost Dance religion within the reservations.
