Fantastic vintage Marks and Spencer shirtwaist dress in with a velvet-feel collar and belt which ties with laces. Buttons down the front with 5 buttons with a press stud at the neck and a thin black velvet ribbon to tie at the front of the neck. There are two frills down the front of the bodice. Elasticated at the back of the waist. Gathering at the top of each sleeve and a button at each cuff.
