The Girls of St Cyprian's by Angela Brazil
About this item
Angela Brazil (1868-1947) was one of the first British writers of "modern" school girls' stories which have become "classic" reads. This story focusses on a musically talented orphan and her friends at St Cyprian's and follows her path to success. This copy, published by Blackie and Son Limited, undated, has a dust jacket which shows some wear and the pages have yellowed. However, the light red board covers are in excellent condition, the frontispiece is bright and the text is completely clean and firmly bound. A collectable book which still fascinates readers young and not so young.
