A superb example of an Art Nouveau probably 1920's period butterfly wing brooch. No markings. Lovely foliate design to the side of the trapezoid shape main body. The butterfly wing is under a thick custom made probably glass top cum lens. Simple pin clasp to the back. Width 30mm length 23mm depth 10mm approx. A quality period piece.
