Fiercely independent, sponsorship free, proudly daft - Shambala returns for another round of adventures in utopia.
Pioneering, intimate, and truly innovative, Shambala is as well known for its eco-credentials, family-friendly nature and open-minded crowd as it is for its line-up. 100% renewably powered, disposable plastic free and vegetarian, Shambala have successfully reduced their carbon footprint by over 90% in the past 10 years.
Green achievements aside, this is first and foremost a legendary party - powered by reggae, funk, soul, disco, D&B, electronica, jazz and global sounds. Bursting at the seams with creativity, music, performance and participation - the fact it's known to sell out before the line-up is released says it all!
Shambala’s carnival theme this year is “Wild & Free”, so get those creative juices flowing and start dreaming up the best sustainably sourced costume you can – the wilder the better!
Facilities
We have our own crew campsite, equipped with:
