WOMAD is a world without borders. A global fiesta of dance, food, a celebration of everything the world has to offer, and the best music you've never heard of.

Prepare yourself for rhythms and flavors guaranteed to titillate the most eclectic of tastes – at WOMAD you're sure to discover something unexpected.

Facilities

We have our own crew campsite, equipped with:

  • A marquee as a community space for volunteers.

  • Free boiling water, plus tea and coffee supplies.

  • Free phone charging facilities to keep you connected.

  • Access to crew loos & hot showers.

  • A meal token per shift.

Bringing children?

WOMAD boast a large kid’s area full of activities including music-making, den-building, and circus skills. There's also kids' costume making workshops, and a colourful carnival on Sunday to show them off!

Transport

We offer a free shuttle car service from Kemble Railway Station for all Oxfam volunteers on the Wednesday before the festival and returning on the Monday.
