The Trailwalker UK route across the South Downs National Park is as breathtaking as it is challenging - particularly seeing it through sunset to sunrise. 

You don't need to be an ultra-marathon runner to complete Trailwalker UK. Training is important, but it's about quality, not quantity.

Training Plans

People find they get loads out of training - it's quality time spent with your team, a chance to improve your level of fitness and will help you feel re-vitalised and ready for anything.

We've designed Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced training plans so that you can choose what level of training works best for you and your team. With 8 and 10 week training plans mapped out for you you'll have everything you need for this incredible challenge.

How far is 100km?

100km. A nice round number but quite hard to put into perspective! Have a look at these facts below to try and imagine the scale of this non-stop challenge. 

  • Walking 62.14 miles non-stop.
  • Two and a half marathons back to back. 
  • Walking from London to Southampton.
  • Crossing the English Channel 3 times
